This app available on Playstore... with this app you can transfer multiple app in single click with help of multiple selection option... but try to create small bundles of app for transfer to sd card otherwise app may be crash or hanged or take much more time.

Note: The features “Free up phone space”, and “Get more space” are only available for some 7.0 Android system models.
And this app not covert your External SD Card to default storage ... so every time you need manually transfer to SD Card
