I am using s8 plus in Bangladesh (also my region) but I am not getting any software update in my phone for that reasons I can't use new features in my mobile. So how can I get new updates I am still using android 7.

A phone after a certain amount of time stops getting android update.

Currently, Samsung is offering 4 Android updates for phones launched after 2019 so you will have to buy a new phone to get the latest features.

Do one thing - install smartswitch app on your pc/laptop and connect your device using a usb to it and open the app on pc. Also open the smartswitch app on your mobile(app is available on galaxy store). If there are any updates, the app on PC will show and you can update from there. Just follow the instructions.
