Any idea when the latest Samsung software update will be available in South Africa. There is always so much hype on Samsungs YouTube channel/social media and then it takes forever for the software to be available for download & installation

What device are you on ? They don't all receive the update at the same time. Devices that were scheduled for last month were pushed to this month whereas some Note 10 owners started receiving it from the first
