Software M30s

On the 5th my brother who is having Samsung M30s, his phone got hung and on the visit to the service center he was informed the Mother Board has been effected and need to change, and the cost being ₹5200/=.  Yesterday my phones M30s was also hung and the issue being in the Mother Board to be replaced.

I find this issue is general, I.e, the % of hung phones related to Mother Board is high.

Samsung needs to look into as it is not an isolated incident.

I Faced similar issue today on my Samsung M30s.. Phone got hung and switched off immediately. This issue happened after the recent Update. My dad using the same mobile and faced same issue couple of days back. I don't think replacing the mother board is the solution for this as it is happening to many members for the same model. Samsung needs to address this asap.
