On the 5th my brother who is having Samsung M30s, his phone got hung and on the visit to the service center he was informed the Mother Board has been effected and need to change, and the cost being ₹5200/=. Yesterday my phones M30s was also hung and the issue being in the Mother Board to be replaced.
I find this issue is general, I.e, the % of hung phones related to Mother Board is high.
Samsung needs to look into as it is not an isolated incident.
I did discuss with the support team after posting, informing them this not an isolated but a general issue. Have requested to refer the posting here. Shall appreciate if the comments supporting this is then Samsung should sort it out without cost
