Does anyone facing issues with smartswitch pc cause iam...

1. Frequently not responding

2. Backup stuck in middle, fails, sometimes takes hours to finish. 

3. Updating device giving issues like boot loop or stuck at Samsung logo. 

4. Emergency software recovery doesn't work sometimes. 

Happened 2 times with my devices M30s and S9. 

M30s stuck at Samsung logo and after 4-5 force reboots it came to live. But showed in emergency software recovery. 

S9 got boot loop. Showed it in emergency software recovery but also it took 5attempts to install correctly and to get back live.

Currently I'm using smartswitch Windows version 4.2.20072_4

I tried in 4 different pc's same issues. Also I saw some users here in community having same..

 I have been using smartswitch for backup from years now from last update backup also struggling.. 🤣 🤣

Time to uninstall smartswitch 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I had issues with Smartswitch on A71.
Had to visit service center to flash firmware.

aab ek hi process bacha hain...service center hi jao ...nehi to aajkal device me jo ho raha hain bharosa nehi kab kya ho jaye 🤣🤣😂 note20 ko bhi nehi chor raha ,,humare device to bhul hi jao
