Hello Samsung members ,I was listening to an audio on YouTube and I kept my phone inside my pocket and started walking then my phone started to go slow and hang, is it normal ?And yes my dress is silky is it the reason because the silky dress caused some problem on the screen due to visit started to hang and get slow? Tell me.

Nothing. Kindly reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also optimize your's device in device care too then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Restart your phone and let it cool for a few minutes with mobile data turned off. If you have isopropyl liquid, clean your screen with it; otherwise, just wipe it with a dry cloth. Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Check space availability: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage.

● Check RAM in your device: Settings > Battery and device Care > Memory.

● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > pick the app > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Close Background Apps.

● Remove third party application.

● Remove memory card: Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.

● Remove third party accessories.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

This is the picture of the website which appeared when I kept my phone in my pocket.
Why does this happens to a Samsung device anything like hanging or slowing down has only two solutions, either restart the phone or reset the settings.1732627034225.jpg
