Bought a premium Samsung AC from @amazonIN , but within a year it’s dead. Engineers keep changing cards, customer care gives scripted replies, and still no solution. Biggest mistake ever buying Samsung appliances.
I have never seen a shameless brand like @samsungindia. Even after raising complaints multiple times, all they say is “We are highlighting your matter” — but ZERO action is taken.
