One of the worst service i had ever recived!
 I had raised a complaint regarding samsung tv. The request took freaking 2 months to reloved the issue.
And we had to pay 10944rs to resolve the issue and they have been told us that the payment will be received in our account after 24 hrs and its been almost 16 days till we have no responce by the samsung
On 2 January the payment has been done
And today its 17 of January
I had called Samsung service the replayed us that the had given the invoice but the and they hang the call by saying it. And then i had called Acko insurance they'd been told us that they didn't recived any invoice by samsung.then i had called Samsung twice they have turned their phone switchoff.

Great service samsung 👍👍👍👍 keep it up

This is our second TV by Samsung the the products are very good infact we do have samsung phones also. But the services we got were worst...

Never going back to samsung again....

For home appliances LG is better. Good durability and better service

Yes the webs of LG TV is wave more expense responsive but like some apps whatever have a nice day
