Dear Community,
My netflix application is not supporting HD content irrespective of HD subscription. I've tried reinstalling multiple times but it goes unresolved. Tried connecting netflix customer care they I've informed the root cause is of the device rather than application. 
Concerned suggestions would be appreciated.
