My phone is not working in screen lock option for 5 seconds in automatically lock the mobile but few days something not work for my phone. please help me

We really apologize for the inconvenience caused due to screen lock. There must be some software issue which can be easily fixed. Navigate to settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings and re activate the screen lock again.
