Screen flickering issue in my global s20+

Why my screen flickering randomly....specially after long idle. If I don't use it for long time when turn it on it shows flickering in entire screen.

try turning off dark mode and check mostly its caused by dark theme

yeah its common dark theme is not optimised for glance wallpapers lock screec

I am not expert and have not any flagship device . I have a50s . Using it from last 1.5 year ... few days back when i open the lock and using the device in early morning .. i also facing the same problem .. i am so scared that what is this ?. But now after 3 4 days its gone automatically . Its only happen during morning when i open the device i have schedule restart at 3 am.
But now its all ok . I just turn off the face recognition thats all . Its not a solution but i just share my things . You have s20 😁 😁... i can't compare but just share my situation .
