As I understand you want to play YouTube video on off screen.

Am I right?

If yes then it is impossible to do so because if screen is off then how YouTube video will play...

If you want to use this for playing music you may install YT music or other 3rd party music app.

YouTube is of Google's so Samsung can't do nothing. You'll need to purchase Yt premium for that feature.

Then it's not available in Samsung...
Try YouTube Vanced, it's basically Yt premium for free. You won't have to see ads everytime you click a video, you can also do that thing..

I'm using Yt vanced for 7 months now, no issues with it.
