Keyboard keeps stopping when. I'm getting the below popup randomly every once in 2-3 days. The popup has been coming up when I'm not even using keyboard. Hope Samsung is fixing the issue.

As per your concern kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue:

Clear keyboard cache: Settings > Apps > Show System Apps (enable) > Search Samsung Keyboard > Storage > Clear Cache

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
