Samsung j8 model, android 11 update is not there why?

My Samsung model is J8, company don't send me android 11 updates

Samsung gives only 2 year of major update.When you bought your j 8 was in android 8(oreo) they gave and update to make it android 9(pie) again after few months you got andoid 10 and this was your last update
