Samsung is spamming us

I won The samsung s20fe contest on samsung members app and then after some days i receive the mail for asking money 14999 rupee for tax to get the phone delivered. 

And samsung is giving the phone free as the app said.

I am not sure for this is original or fake email id

Asking for money that for tax to get the price for 14,999.7 rupee on demand draft.

What should i do?

Yes. But if you check in members app about contest prizes terms and conditions, there they mentioned that to recieve the gift , we have to pay the tax. I don't know then what's the need of that contest claiming "free gift hamper ".

Its huge amount to pay as a tax for a phone usually the 18% of tax upon the phone as a gst. but 38k of phone on 18% gst is around 2k so why they need 15k as a tax?

Don't know. Like this is not free at all. If you still want to purchase it. You can go for it. But 15k spending for a phone with heating and lagging issue is just a waste of money.

Bro it's gift tax not gst. Govt of india charge 30% tax on gifts. So, for a 50000 phone gift tax of 15000 must be paid.

Bhai sab promotion ke liye aate h contest maine bhi S20fe & awesome find contest me part liya tha jiske result ka koi ata pata nahi h ab mai koi contest me participate nahi karta waste of time.
