Samsung flow vs samsung smart view

Pls somebody with good knowledge of these 2 apps explain it to me the difference between them and wat each of them is used for, thanx in advance.

Samsung flow allows you to share files between your phone and PC or tablet. To connect to other devices you have to authenticate using biometric, so it's secured. You can sync notifications and even mirror your screen to a PC or tablet. I use it a lot for my work 💼

The smart view on the other hand is a screen mirroring service by Samsung. You can cast your screen onto the TV.
I think it's exclusive to Samsung televisions because it's not working with my Mi TV.
