I request Samsung Galaxy team to provide better hardware in phones from now on especially for:
Green, pink or white line issues arose from updates due to poor screen quality and heat dissipation tech (small innfective vapour chamber)
Swollen Batteries within few years of regular use. Please don't cheap out on this remember Note 7?
Timely OS updates like APPLE ios arrives for all devices at same day. So, you may scrap some series like M, C and F, and provide better specs to A, FE & S series like Chinese brands are giving. This will reduce workload of software team and increase updates rollout.
Plase get back into innovation and leave AI tagline it is non gonna sell phones for eternity. Give some good specs. If not bring back some useful features from past Galaxy devices like notification led, micro sd card support back in S, FE and A series.
Also, provide better braided cables instead of wwaste plastic pvc cables. If you could try giving chargers in next S series included when you increase charging speeds.
Regardless of hardware or software, all smartphone firms face the same issue. Some brands, such as Apple, have seen their phones dead and are brands like nothing their phones are blasting and they are pursuing legal action instead of providing solutions.
