Samsung demo install useless

This is to bring to all sundries that Inhave purchased Frame QLED TV on 11.08.20 and still now no demo and installation arrangements had been made at Kolkata but samsung. It is disgusting.

usually they give demo & installation in 24-48 hours but due to corona pandemic we can't say much about it ,

y sell products in pandemic? Samsung should suspend its sales of products when situation is ok start selling. it's a Rs. 1 Lakh product and Samsung took full advance and now for installation there is Pandemic
