Samsung Wireless Charger Duo (2019 version) speed is very slow

I am facing a very slow charging speed through samsung wireless charger duo pad on my galaxy s10 plus and s8 plus. They both tak approx 3 hout  to full charge from 5%
Is this issue with my wirelesd charger or this is the reality of wireless charger

If you are charging both phones at the same time,then it will charge at the speed of 7.5 watt per phone...so 3hrs of charging time is perfect because charging two phone simultaneously converts fast charging 2.0 into normal fast charging(7.5 watt per phone)..

If you are charging s10+ separately,it will take almost 1hr 50 min to get completely charged I.e from 0 to 100%.

I am charging only s10 plus and that take approx 3 hour to charge from 5 or 10% .

not used with two device at a time. maybe that take much more time , approx 4-5 hour

3hr charging time is fine,as original charger which comes inside the box is of 15watt caliber and this wireless charger is 12watt. Original charger takes almost 2hrs to completely charge our device. So,you need not to worry..
