Helloo Samsung I have a Samsung 15 watt charger in warranty and it's not charging my device properly, so I have visited samsung care for replacement but the service executive said that it cannot be replaced due to a very minure scratch by the Agarbatti so kindly please help samsung it's so disgusting experience kindly please help

Dear Samsung main apko bata dun that it's not damaged it's just a kind of scratch I can explain how they are telling that scratched products also not replaced than what kind of fuc**ng warranty is providing you. Aapko fir band kar deni chahiye na ye return replace wali advertisement, such disgusting you guys.
