OthersI bought (55") AUE60 Crystal 4K UHD Smart TV on 17/06/2021. On 11 Nov 2021, with a complaint that TV stopped switching on. They diagnosed that both mainboard and panel display has issues. TV Remote also stopped working the previous night as well. So there was hardly any electronic part that has to be replaced. They were not ok to replace the TV even then. I accepted to replace the parts in the same call. They initially tried to change the panel and it didn't help, they took it back as well. Since then there is no proper response. I repeatedly call them, they send reminders to the service centre, send complaints to the service centre, try to connect to escalation manager, they are busy, arrange a callback. But there is no callback or response from them.
I have missed the TV entertainment for the new year as well. I mean the entire family had to miss it. Still, there is no reliable response. The customer care executive had to admit that this is the maximum they can do.
I mean, I bought a TV 6 months back, it didn't work and you are asking me to wait for a month all to replace every part in the TV. I loose the 1 year warranty for the entire TV and have to pay money when the new part stops working.
Frankly, I am a Samsung Fan boy, our entire family (4 of us) own Samsung Phones. I have Samsung Watch 4 as well. TV is Samsung. My brother also owns Samsung TV. Samsung was our favourite. But when it comes to complaints, you make customer frustrate to the core, you dont equip your customers to solve their issue. All I can do is call a customer care executive and just ask them to send reminders, complaints and callbacks? Even if I dont get any response for them, I can request only for that??
Seriously, I dont think I need this TV. I would need the refund as you guys are not even equipping customers to solve or escalate the issue and get faster resolution. I would want a refund. You can take back the TV.

OthersFirst try to escalate the situation with samsung. If nothing works, then you can file a consumer complaint
