Samsung Secure Folder

Hi guys. I am unable to move pictures from my gallery  to my Samsung secure folder.

Open your Secure Folder

2Tap Add files or tap the three dots and tap Add files

3Choose the type of file that you want to add

4Select the files you want to add and tap Done

5Choose whether you want to copy or move the files

Please note: Choosing copy will create another version of your file within the Secure Folder, while choosing move will move the original file. 

 

You can also move your files directly from where they are saved on your phone. This only works with apps that are made by Samsung, such as My Files, Gallery and Voice Recorder. 

1Open an official Samsung app such as Gallery

2Select the files that you want to move

3Tap the options icon. It will appear as three dots in the bottom right corner

4Tap Move to Secure Folder

I tried all the above mentioned steps still getting the same error. "Couldn't move item's"
