Problem with sound system

I am getting problem with my sound system while my phone is on vibrate when I received message from WhatsApp is rings and it speak loud who send the message and this is very exhausted for me it irritates . How can I solve this. Can someone help me?

Under phone settings>accessibility > interaction, there's a read-out-loud setting under answering calls that might be turned on.
