Could there be anything worse than trusting a brand and buying their high end soundbar and suddenly it stopped working. Very pathetic product from samsung and then worse customer support when asked for help. Their reply “it’s a electronic product and can go down anytime”.
Have been facing issues with connectivity b/w rear speakers and soundbar. On top of that one of the rear speaker stopped working suddenly after 15 months. Complaint a lot on twitter, mailed their customer support, mailed their CEO also(they provide an option for this) which sends a mail to customer support only it seems, but still no proper resolution to the problem.
@Samsung, it's unacceptable that a premium product like the HW-Q990B/XL is plagued with such issues. We demand immediate action to address these recurring problems.
After just 15 months of use, one of the rear speakers has ceased functioning. Despite investing a significant amount, encountering such issues with these subpar products is unacceptable. Why should we continue to place our trust in @Samsung @samsungIndia? Even the customer care services fall short in addressing our concerns.
