It's weird that I've uninstalled Instagram and reinstalled like a zillion times and still I haven't got the Instagram music for my note 9.

its a matter of account i guess. i had to create a whole new account to use igtv when it ws launched

mine was a business account , now it's changed to personal but still it's the same. I don't thinks it's got to do anything with the account coz I see a lot of business account users who have IG music .

yeah that is what i was trying to convey. some users have been left out of new things somtimes.

yup it is. one of my friend is yet to get the question feature in Instagram. infact that is not a big deal but still it is indeed available to everyone but missing for you.
