Flagship device are great. Everyone wants new flagship. But it is not a cup of tea for everyone. Samsung India should give their customers a chance to own new flagship devices by allowing previous flagship users to exchange their device with new flagship if they want to by payment of some amount.
I'm using S7 edge for the last 7 months. Galaxy S8 is soon to be launched. If I want to upgrade to S8 I'll have to pay 50k+(say) if I buy it. If Samsung Launch exchange schemes like that then I can exchange my S7 edge with S8 by paying some amount like 15-20k which will be a lot more affordable for customers. It will help people to own more flagships without paying a fortune. ☺️

I agree.. Recycle and Reuse.. Developing countries like India should have the exchange program and nor developed countries. They can easily buy a flagship phone. Samsung India CEO should talk with samsung head and make this happen soon. That's the best way to treat your loyal customers..
