Extremely disappointed with the Samsung Smart Solar Remote. Replaced it four times in a year, despite the warranty expiring in September(2023). The high cost of the remote adds to the frustration. Unexpectedly poor performance from a reputed brand like Samsung. Not recommending the Samsung Frame TV based on this experience. Hoping for a prompt resolution to restore confidence in your products.

What's the problem you getting?

The solar remote doesn't pair up with tv despite having full charge on remote. Tv shows searching for device continuously but doesn't connect to remote. This is why tv is not usable.

You can control your tv with smart hub app I guess

I tried to pair. But need to press pair option on tv which needs a remote to pair

Use buttons on tv if any to press "Pair".

Thats the problem with Frame tv. It doesn't come with any back buttons to select any option on tv
