Samsung Cloud backup Call Recordings

I want to reset my device once after many updates installed recently since i got the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 last month. I wanted to know how to backup and retrieve the call recordings that are saved automatically with Auto Call Record the way it shows up in the call log using Samsung Cloud. I could not find any such information in the Samsung Cloud Backup options.

Go to files and search call recordings. You will find the recorded calls. I guess you will have to manually upload it to cloud from there.

Ohh.. if its manual then its of no use. I need it in the call log too like it would be before the reset. That wont happen if i do it manually.

But the option to backup voice recording is not visible in my device

I think it's included under voice recordings. But I am not sure whether it will show in call log as you would like to. You can try backing up the whole data on device using smart switch app on a PC/laptop.

Yes you were right, I just did the backup (had to open the voice recorded once and then it showed up in Samsung cloud). But after restoring it didn't show in call log.. never the less, I got the recordings.. thank you.
