Dear Samsung India,

I recently purchased a 1.5-ton Wi-Fi-supported SmartThings-compatible air conditioner. After the purchase, I realized that the Wi-Fi AC requires a router or other Wi-Fi network to control it. I believe that at the very least, Samsung phones should be able to control these devices without the need for a router. This is a basic expectation.

I would also like to suggest that when the AC is turned off and then back on, it should default to the temperature that was previously set by the user. This is also a basic feature that is currently lacking and causes inconvenience to users.

Additionally, I noticed that in dry mode, the AC fan is set to auto mode by default. This is not acceptable as users should be able to control the fan speed in all modes, including dry mode.

I kindly request that you take these issues seriously and address them as soon as possible.
