Samsung A34 5G is having issues updating to the May,month security patch

My Samsung A34 5G Phone has received the May, month security patch update and even after updating it, I am getting an error in the update... This is happening repeatedly. Please solve my problem. I have recorded a screen video of it and sent it to you. Please watch it and solve the problems.

I already done many times restart , deleted some apps, reset setting and also google play system update but still the update not install in my device it will stuck in process 1% to 2% and showing to download again .

Hy bro, security patch error that was occurring when updating the security patch of your phone has been fixed or not.

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

● Keep your apps updated: Galaxy Store apps: Open Galaxy Store, tap the Menu (the three horizontal lines), in the upper left corner, and then tap Updates. From here, you can either tap the circling arrow next to individual apps to update one at a time or tap Update All to install all available updates.

Play Store apps: Open the Play Store, tap, and then tap your profile picture. Tap My apps & games. From here, you can either tap Update next to individual apps or tap Update All to install all available updates.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Bro I want to know that should I update my Samsung a34 5g from one ui 6.1 to 7 all problems which was faced earlier are they resolved or not please suggest.
