OthersThis is to inform you that we had purchased a SAM LED UA65NU7100 tv on 11th November, 2018 from Samsung distributor EP Electronic Paradise pvt ltd ( Address- C-52, Preet Vihar, New Delhi) with invoice number – PRT/R-0891/18-19( Party details : Name – Ankush, Address – D-150 Anand Vihar, 2nd floor, Delhi 110092) for an amount of Rs 1,08,500. Since, August 2019, the screen is getting black in color. We made a complaint on 23-08-2019 ( complaint number – 4289202794) and claimed to get it replaced or get a refund with interest in return as we purchased from Samsung on trusting its quality. Solution that customer care executives are providing us is of changing its display panel with a new one and increasing our warranty period, but we want to replace it as we are not satisfied with the product given to us . We have also mailed the concerned issue to ceo of south-west asia region on \\\\\\”Write to our ceo\\\\\\” portal given on the site. We had a word with there executives but we have received the same response from them. we have . Its been almost a month since we had made the complaint but we haven\\\\\\’t received any satisfactory outcome from your side. We wat full refund with interest or replacement with anew one.
