S7 edge Video quality after Oreo update

Video Quality in FullHD become worse after Oreo update especially in night mode video stablization

i think that was better considering u are driving on bumpy area and seemed it is raining. i still find it bright in the nigjt

i also have a problem using my camera stick that i supposedly take a photo but then it keeps taking me a video. no mrmatter i set it up using camera setting ... still:-( wht should i do??

now another scene. Not a bumpy area.. no raining at this time although
Video stabilization is ON. but i think it's a software issue after updates.
