Hey! 🤔 Can anyone help me figure out why my Samsung earbuds 3 aren't working for voice messages on WhatsApp with my Samsung S23? The phone mic is active, but not the earbuds. 😩 #Samsung #Earbuds #WhatsApp #Android #TechSupport

to help you more please try these steps :

1. Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.
2. Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > Reset.
3.Unpair the earbuds 3 and pair it again.
4.Go to setting => apps =>WhatsApp => storage => clear cache.

If the issue persists only with WhatsApp and your Buds work fine with other apps, we recommend contacting WhatsApp Support, as it is a third-party application.

However, if the issue occurs with all apps, we recommend visiting the nearest Samsung service center to have your device properly checked and inspected by our technicians.
