My phone is from dubai and i didn't get one ui 7.0 beta banner any idea where update available?

Was your phone purchased in India? If so, the banner notification is absent; please check item number three. However, the beta program participant limit has been reached; you will need to wait for additional capacity.

Then you have to wait till samsung roll out update for out of regional phones

It means the phone is purchased in one country and being used in another country, even both countries have beta available they will not work
