OthersI purchased an S21FE less than a week ago and encountered multiple issues such as overheating and poor network connectivity.
I visited the Samsung Service Center and submitted the phone for repair. In addition, they provided me with a standby Samsung phone.
Samsung has replaced all the internal components of the phone and is now asking me to collect it after repair.
However, I am hesitant to accept this phone. How can I be sure that all the new internal components have been properly fitted and meet factory specifications?
Furthermore, I am concerned that if issues arise in the future, Samsung may reject my warranty claims by claiming that the device was serviced by a third party. Is there a way to ensure this won't happen? Normally, new devices have warranty seals to prevent third-party servicing.
Could you please provide a comprehensive list of the parts that were replaced in the mobile device, along with their serial numbers before and after replacement?
Due to the inconvenience caused and the time wasted, I am requesting a 2-year warranty extension for this device.
Additionally, I need certification, either in email or written form, confirming that all replacements were done to the highest company standards.
Despite my repeated requests, I have not received a satisfactory response from the support team. They simply state that the phone is ready for collection.
Furthermore, the Samsung customer personnel are now threatening and causing me mental agony by insisting I return the standby phone and collect my S21FE.
Until my doubts are cleared and my requests addressed, I am unable to accept the device.
How can i close this,
No one takes responsible for this, and they are just wasting my time.
Its been more than a month i do not have my S21FE device.
