S20 Plus Green Line Issue

Dear All,

Im facing green line on display after Samsung’s OS update, when I approached the Samsung Service centre at Vellore, TN . They found some very minor scratch marks and quoting it as the reason for Display issue. Completely fed up with Samsung customer care . With such premium mobiles because of Samsung’s software issue, my mobile display got f..k.d up.

Worst part is , these are happening post update. Customer service as usual they reject for free replacement and ask to pay for this. Updating mobile is useless

Ye green line issue bada widespread hai or samsung kuch bol hi nahi raha hai is per ab to update karne se hi dar lagega.
4 year update policy se bade khush hue the ye green line ne sab waste kar diya.
