S20 FE 5G Accidental touch lock problem

My S20 FE 5G updated to Android 13 this morning. Since then on two separate occasions when I took the phone out of my pocket, it says 'Too many incorrect unlock attempts' and it makes me wait before I can do anything with the phone. The first time it made me wait 5 minutes and the second time 1 hour. Before it would ask me to enter pin if there was a pocket touch mistake.

I cannot enter the PIN and I cannot even turn off the phone until the time has expired. Never experienced this before.

PS:- 1. Accidental touch Protection was on.
 2. Lift to wake up was turned off.
 3. Double tap to on phone was turned off.
 

What on earth is going on and how do I stop it?
Please fix this as soon as possible and animation of accidental touch protection was okay than this upward swipe animation in Android 13.

Turn on Accidental touch protection
Since you probably keep your phone in your pocket or bag most of the time, you should turn on Accidental touch protection. This will prevent any accidental screen touches while your phone’s stashed away.
From Settings, search for and select Accidental touch protection. Tap the switch next to Accidental touch protection to turn this feature on. Now you can have peace of mind throughout the day.

If you are in a particularly dark place and need to use your phone, just swipe the lock icon to the left or right to dismiss Accidental touch protection.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).

You are beating around the bush. You are not trying to solve the actual issue of too many unlock attempts and making the user wait for 1 hr before they can use the phone.
