Basic screen protectors for the Galaxy S10 and S10+ will have unsightly holes in them to allow the ultrasonic fingerprint reader to do its job. Not the Whitestone Dome glass, however, the company claims that its protector is the only solution that doesn't require a hole.
Whitestone claims its Dome glass is the only one to support Galaxy S10's ultrasonic fingerprint reader. The key is that the protector must not leave an air gap between itself and the glass – this gap will cause issues with an ultrasonic reader (but not with an optical one).
Whitestone’s Liquid Optically Clear Adhesive tech promises to fill any gaps and avoid this issue. Still, all this suggests that you’ll need to do a good job of applying any hole-less screen protector on the S10 and S10+.
