1. Make sure that you're not touching the screen when turning your device. The screen won't rotate if you're touching it.
2. Turn auto-rotate on and off: 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access your quick settings. My screen isn't rotating when I move my device onto its side 2. Tap Auto-rotate. Please note: on some devices this could appear as Screen rotation or Portrait/Landscape.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
