Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
1. Make sure that you're not touching the screen when turning your device. The screen won't rotate if you're touching it.
2. Turn auto-rotate on and off:
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access your quick settings. My screen isn't rotating when I move my device onto its side
2. Tap Auto-rotate.
Please note: on some devices this could appear as Screen rotation or Portrait/Landscape.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
