I am waiting for the voucher for the contest "Picture Perfect with Galaxy AI". 

I am planning a purchase of Samsung product and am waiting for the voucher to place the order. 

It's been 20 days since I responded to the email with my PAN card. There is no response to that mail or follow up mail as well. 

Requesting you to look into it and share the voucher as it will help a bit with my purchase.

This is poor communication on behalf of Samsung. Winner will be excited about announcement but later disappointed when they are made to wait days on days.
