Regional code for A30 samsung

Recently i buy Samsung A30 in india for my brother gift, he taken other country for his working in that country... now he insert the sim card in to Samsung A30 its showing error Sim network pin blocked enter sim network puk  i can not use samsung a30.  please how to solve the problems? please guide me

ask him to call the sim service provider in the country he is in they will provide the PUK code
