No. But incase if you have done a backup or if your phone was automatically set to backup data online (in cloud) which includes pictures then you can go to your Samsung back up app and select pictures or gallery and you can restore the deleted pic just by clicking on the pic you see.
As long as your deleted pictures haven't been overwritten by new files,it is possible to get them back with the help of Samsung Data Recovery program,such as MobiKin Doctor for Android.
