Rating Samsung Updates

Where can I rate Samsung for it's updates, Imma give them -5 (negative 5) stars, because they're not being serious about the one ui7 in SA. June is a few hours away and still nothing😒

There is: Oppo, Honor, Redmi, Xiaomi, Pixel, iPhone, Oneplus, Nothing, CMF, Huawei, Sony.

well, os functionality wise, i would say sammy offers the most features, i have a oppo reno 13 and i used oppo a16 back then and it doesn't have as much as samsung has to offer, xiaomi = redmi and i don't like their phone designs(just my opinion), pixel hard to get in RSA and useless if i break it due to no parts in the country, oneplus same as google, nothing i have a friend using phone 2, and it not as packed still as sammy, cmf=nothing so same same, huawei was my 1st phone and i loved it, used p20 pro and gave it to my aunt and it still works, beast of a phone just too old and new ones = no google(i need my gmail, im in school so i rely a lot on google services like drive) sony never seen the phone but mught try it in future, but i doubt its better than samsung

i don't use phone camera, so i never buy a phone based on how good the camera is

Unfortunately, that's my case as well, but Samsung's software updates delivery is so bad, they could at least try and copy other companies how they do it

👏👏👏my Samsung Ao5 doesn't want to make calls or receive sms not even otp sms what can be the cause of this

Could probably be call barring activated in the phone app, or sim damage or problem with your service provider.

My advice is try and check if call barring is off and things like call forwarding. Go to Phone>Settings>Supp Services and see if anything is on
