What will happen if we turn on the "protect battery" option after battery reached 100% (still charging) ?

Result 1: Will it discharge to 85% and maintains 85% while charging? 

Result 2: Will it maintains 100% while charging?

Yeah, that is supposed to happen if the feature is working for what it was designed for (to protect the battery) .

But for me, the battery level was maintained at 99%. In this scenario, the protect battery option failed right?

No if you're battery percentage is 95 % and u turned on battery protect on than it will stop charging on 95 %

It will stop charging and it will remain 100 percent only nothing else will happen

Whether Samsung is giving any response or taking action against your suggestion like adding features in further updates?
