Goodlock is not compatible with Android 10...but Samsung Electronics has confirmed that new update is coming on 3rd Feb 2020.... Please accept this response as a solution if this solves your query....

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:

1. Restart the TV and device.
2. Try to connect the TV with another device and mobile device with another TV.
3. Check the Wi-Fi connectivity strength as it should be strong.

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
