Goodlock is not compatible with Android 10...but Samsung Electronics has confirmed that new update is coming on 3rd Feb 2020.... Please accept this response as a solution if this solves your query....
Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:
1. Restart the TV and device. 2. Try to connect the TV with another device and mobile device with another TV. 3. Check the Wi-Fi connectivity strength as it should be strong.
