Parallel downloading

It's not exactly exclusively related to samsung but I still hope I'll get a solution. I've read somewhere earlier that Google has introduced an experimental parallel download feature. How do i turn it on?

chrome://flags/#enable-parallel-downloading

type that in the address bar and click enable from the drop-down list. Then relaunch chrome and Voila! 😂

uh, I don't think IDM is available on Android
