No brand should convince themselves and then sit idle that their direct compititor have similar issues too.
This is AI, ML era , world is changing at rapid pace , so frequent updates are the need of hour. I think there is another news that samsung provided gps fix to s6 series , if I am not wrong , s6 was launched in 2015.
So delayed updates is not giving any value addition but just acting as catalyst for frustration. So consider a user who lived with fault for so many years. Anyhow, I am not demeaning your poll but tried to put my point that frequent updates , new features rollout are must for every brand to remain in market.
I agree with you bro but this poll was to understand what ppl think. Maybe I should not have mentioned buggy updates or stable instead should have kept fast or slow updates
There shall be option of rollback to previous release (s) . Samsung shall operate one portal where users can see the softwares(along with release notes, features, new feature addition, pre requisites etc) starting from factory software to latest available and a user can prefer to upgrade/ rollback the software as per his/her requirement.
