PIE OR OREO?

Hlo community.I heard very much about pie with one ui telling that it has number of bugs for example secure folder isn't working etc. Is this true that pie has number of bugs in it than oreo.Than which one should we choose?

after pie update my internet speed is like 2g only 100kb per sec.....only wifi works.....everything else wrk fine

they are so many phones in pie race thats why they are giving update without proper optimizing

Than its better that we won't update our phones until proper optimization is done by Samsung with pie one ui
