Overheating - Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360

Don't buy this laptop. Never. It's a waste of money. Buy a MacBook instead. 

I have this Book 2 Pro 360, 13.3 inch i7 laptop. 

The bottom of the laptop & the top part above keyboard gets heated up to 48°C with use of YouTube/Netflix. Samsung has not been able to pin point the issue & say that it is within permissible limits of device. Can someone explain how can one use a laptop that is so hot? Even keyboard gets mildly hot which makes no sense. Samsung has refused to acknowledge the issue, let alone providing any resolution. I wasted 1400 dollars on it in India. It's selling price after 1 year of use is hardly 320 Dollars now.

Did you check if the fan is working?

Yes the laptop is on optimised mode & fan is working.

Even the engineers have checked it but Samsung say temperature is normal though just 2 degrees below their limit.

Mine also heating its galaxy 3 pro 360(i7 ,13th gen)

I measured the temperature. i use youtube ,excel at that time normal heating
If i use samsung studio like heating even i can touch the front f1 keys and finger print its too hot 🔥 unable use normally. I raised service in Bangalore that service without checking my laptop they ordered battery after 28 days service engineer confirms thats not belong battery we need you laptop there is a issue with laptop like that .i cancelled the service and i'm raised another service request currently checking in chennai.
